With over 20 years of experience, Mrs. Bach's passion for music education shines through. Her musical journey began in Russia at the age of 5, where she cultivated her skills. In 2007, she earned a Bachelor's degree in piano performance from Manhattan School of Music, followed by a Master's degree in music education from Hunter College in New York City earning a professional teaching certification after teaching in NYC schools for 5 years.
Mrs. Bach's extensive expertise spans diverse educational levels and age groups, covering elementary, middle, and high schools, college-level instruction, and working with professional musicians. Her diverse experience includes teaching piano, with students in her piano studio receiving distinction in both Certificate of Merit and Royal Conservatory of Music exams. She has also provided accompaniment for instrumental ensembles and choirs throughout the San Diego area, most notably collaborating with SDSU choirs and San Diego Opera Chorus.
Mrs. Bach's instructional portfolio extends to a variety of other areas, including group piano instruction, choir, music technology, recorder and xylophone ensembles, music appreciation, composition, and theory. Furthermore, she has gained valuable insights from four years of experience working with students with autism and speech disabilities.
Mrs. Bach's teaching philosophy prioritizes the establishment of a positive and encouraging learning environment, recognizing its utmost significance in fostering the growth of her students. She currently offers piano lessons in her home in Orange, CA and can't wait to get you started on your musical journey.
